TRANSPORT OFFICIEL (SAS, Paris RCS 983 575 788, 22 rue du Hameau, 75015 Paris, France), the data controller, takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected on chauffeur-officiel.com and how it is used.

1. Data collected

When you send a booking request: first and last name, e-mail, phone, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and bags, flight or train number, comments and, where applicable, the passenger’s name and phone. Card details are handled directly by the secure payment provider and are not stored by TRANSPORT OFFICIEL.

2. Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to calculate prices, process and carry out bookings, contact you about your ride, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations (performance of the contract and legal obligations).

3. Recipients

Data is used by TRANSPORT OFFICIEL and its drivers, and by its technical providers: booking management software, website host (Hostinger) and payment provider. It is never sold.

4. Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed for the service and then for the periods required by law (in particular 10 years for accounting records). Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact.

5. Cookies

The website only uses technical cookies and storage needed for it to work (language choice, price calculator). No advertising cookies are used.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: transport.officiel@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
